For possession written notice must be given. The notice must be in a prescribed format, filled in correctly and properly served. Most evictions fail due to a defective notice. It’s very important to get this stage right.

We prepare and serve section 8 notices and section 21 notices.

All notices served within 24 hours. We also include a strongly worded warning letter, a certificate of service and proof of postage.
The fee for a section 8 notice is £75
The fee for section 8 and section 21 notices served together is £100.

If the tenant does not leave or resolve issues by the date on the notice possession proceedings can commence.

We will prepare and submit all possession order paperwork.

We complete and submit the whole court bundle, including copies of all evidence.

You receive free expert legal representation in court and support for the duration.

For the few tenants that do not comply with the court order we can take action to enforce the order and evict the tenant.

We apply to the The County Court for a Warrant or to The High Court for a Writ.

County Court Bailiffs or High Court Enforcement will arrange to evict the tenant(s).

You receive one to one support for the duration.
